Yoga beach Retreat is proud to call Casas Pura Vida home. Amongst the finest beach side homes on offer in all of Costa Rica, the four acre, five home complex was recently constructed with the highest of Western standards and warmth of the Costa Rican Tropics. The best location on the beach, the grounds are beautifully landscaped with native plants and flowers, only steps from the white sands and golden sunsets of Santa Teresa.

Each home features state of the art kitchens, appliances, air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, comfortable Balinese furniture and 2 of the 3 homes include swimming pools.  There will be a pool for all yoga retreat guests to enjoy!  Depending on your package choice most accommodations will be limited to 2 persons sharing a bathroom.  In some cases there may be more, in which case comfortable outdoor showers will be made available.  Those opting for the private bed and bath will enjoy the company of other retreat guests in the common living areas and kitchen. The Shala:

Our open air yoga shala is located just yards from the beach.  In the open, tropical air under a palm thatched roof we will practice Bikram Yoga daily.  Like India, Yoga’s birthplace, Costa Rica in April will provide the natural heat necessary to warm the body and aid in an invigorating 90 minute daily Bikram Yoga practice.  No artificial heat or humidity is necessary, reducing our overall carbon footprint!  In addition, all sides of the shala are open, without mirrors, providing tropical views and allowing you to cultivate your mind body connection.
